Greetings, Hola, Konichiwa, and Hajimashite! I'm a Public Health major hellbent on becoming an epidemiologist/novelist, even if it kills me! I hope to one day go to Japan and have one of my novels become an anime, to raise autism awareness in the U.S., Ghana, and Japan, and to eventually stop perpetuating awkward silences.
My various obsessions include writing, reading, traveling, world history, RPGs, eating, running, and spontaneous contemplation of various aspects of life.

Favorite Genres: Steampunk (it's history...with extra badass!), Science Fiction, Fantasy, Mystery, Humor/Comedy.
Least Favorite Genres:: Romance (when it's the predominant genre; its lack of realism is appalling), Realistic (because it usually isn't, and there's usually only one black guy in the entire book...and yet the author claims it takes place in AMERICA!).
Favorite Type of Writing: Prose. I dabble in a little poetry, but only when I'm upset or angry and need a way to vent. I've never really tried screenwriting, so I can't express an opinion on that, except that it sounds kind of...limiting. I don't really do non-fiction or memoir writing, either.

Vocaloid Birthday Project

Hey all! I'm hosting a Vocaloid Birthday Project! Participants will be given a Vocaloid at random to create a fanfiction or piece of fan art for on said Vocaloid's birthday. It'll be a great way to celebrate the less-known 'loids, get some exposure, and practice our art skills!
RULES:
-Each person who participates will get a Vocaloid selected at random to write or draw about.
-The participant's piece can include other Vocaloids/UTAUloids, but the focus must be on the assigned Vocaloid.
-No gore/excessive violence or sex allowed. Keep it PG13.
-No discrimination (i.e. racism, sexism, ableism, etc.).
